Built with a hardened black chrome shaft, four precision needle bearings and dual brass bushings, the bar provides smooth sleeve rotation for Olympic lifts such as the clean & jerk and snatch, while also performing exceptionally well for squats, deadlifts, presses and other strength movements.

Featuring dual IWF and IPF knurl markings, a comfortable passive knurl and no centre knurl, this versatile 15kg bar is suitable for athletes of all experience levels and is compatible with all 2" Olympic weight plates.
