If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase or you've just changed your mind, email us within 60 days of receiving your product. As long as your products are in unused condition, we will accept the return. The item must not be built, be in full original packaging with all parts included. We cannot accept returns of products that have been built, used or products that are missing packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above stipulations.






Please note that if you have paid for delivery, this fee will not be refunded, and all items must be returned to us, you will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning the item. We suggest that you use a tracked courier service if you are unable to return the product to us yourself.






How do I make a return?

In your email, please provide your name, order number (this can be found in your order confirmation), the product you are returning and the reason for your return. Once we have received this information, we will begin the returns process if you are eligible for this.






What if my gym equipment is damaged?



Whilst we make every effort to ensure your gym equipment arrives to you in pristine condition, on rare occasions, there can be manufacturing defects beyond our control. Please contact us at with your name, order number (this can be found in your order confirmation) and a description and pictures of the issues with your product. We will then begin the process of rectifying this issue.
