Take the strain out of conventional deadlifts with our Olympic Hex Deadlift Bar. Designed to place the lifter inside the bar, it promotes a more natural lifting position, reducing the range of motion and lowering the mobility demands compared to a traditional straight barbell.
Ideal for deadlifts, shrugs and carries, the raised handles provide a comfortable starting position while the knurled grips offer excellent control throughout every lift. Finished in durable chrome and compatible with all 2" Olympic weight plates, this versatile 20kg bar is an excellent addition to any home or commercial gym.
Supplied complete with a pair of Olympic spring collars so you're ready to start lifting straight away.
