Description
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a temporary stock shortage, the bumper plates included within this package will currently be supplied from our sister brand, Brute Strength. All other items within the package will be supplied as advertised. Hill Fitness branded bumper plates are expected to be available again from late November.
The Hill Fitness Barbell & Black Icon Bumper Plate Set provides everything needed to build the foundation of a serious strength training setup. Perfect for home gyms, this package combines durable bumper plates with a versatile Olympic barbell to support a wide variety of training styles.
Perform key compound movements including squats, bench press, deadlifts, rows, overhead presses and more. The bumper plates maintain a consistent bar height from the floor, allowing better movement patterns and technique across your training sessions.
Important: The Function Series 20kg Barbell is not designed for overhead drops and is not suitable for Olympic weightlifting or certain CrossFit style movements.
With a total training capacity of up to 120kg and the option to add additional plates later, this package provides an excellent starting point for progressive strength training.
