The adjustable support height ranges from 45 to 55 cm, allowing the set-up to be adapted to different users. Thick foam padding behind the knees and above the feet helps hold the lower legs securely and comfortably, while the large diamond-pattern anti-slip footplate provides a stable base throughout each repetition.
A steel frame provides a solid training platform, integrated transport wheels and carry handle make the bench straightforward to reposition when required. It can be used for bodyweight sissy squats or progressed by holding an appropriate free weight for additional resistance.
