  • The Big 3 Power Bar is designed specifically for powerlifting training and completing the 3 competition lifts of the squat ,bench press & deadlift. This bar has been designed to the specification of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF): Featuring a 29mm shaft with an aggressive 1.5mm knurling to improve grip, the 210kPSI steel shaft makes the bar very rigid with essentially no whip, IPF knurl marks ensure consistent training & competition conditions, thinner collars allow for increased loading capacity,
